Partner Michael Callahan Quoted in Medical Staff Briefing

Michael Callahan, a partner in the firm’s Health Care Practice, was quoted in an article in Medical Staff Briefing on fair hearings for physicians. In the article, Mr. Callahan offers advice on making appointments to the hearing panel, suggesting alternatives to a hearing, and identifying potential problems in order achieve fairness and to limit a successful challenge brought by the disciplined physician.
