Partner Matthew Parrott Quoted in The Real Deal on CIM Defaulted Loan Litigation

Matthew Parrott, a partner in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, was quoted in an article in The Real Deal regarding the CIM Group's foreclosure of a 36-story apartment building located at 47 East 34th Street in New York City. Mr. Parrott, who took over as lead counsel for CIM after CIM purchased the $84 million senior mortgage debt on the property, filed a motion in the foreclosure case on May 26 seeking an order compelling the court-appointed receiver, Michael Green, to turn over $2.8 million in rents collected during the pendency of the action.
