Partner Matthew D. Parrott Quoted in Wall Street Journal on One Madison Park Lawsuit

Matthew D. Parrott, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article on the foreclosure case involving New York’s One Madison Park condominium building. Mr. Parrott, who represents lender iStar Financial, says that discount deals made between the developer and would-be buyers resulted from “gross misconduct” under the lending agreement. He also says that the proceeds of “undisclosed loans” from would-be buyers were “unaccounted for.” (“Tower of Legal Troubles,” May 22, 2010)
