Maribel Mata Benedict, a partner in the Public Finance Practice, has been named to the Board of Directors for Women in Public Finance (WPF), a nonprofit, educational and professional networking organization for women in the public finance industry. The WPF, founded in 1997, advances women’s leadership opportunities through networking, educational activities and forums. Organization participants include state and local government issuers, not-for-profit issuers, investment bankers, attorneys, financial advisors, rating agency analysts, bond insurers, and trust officers.
