W. Kenneth Davis, Jr., a partner in the Firm’s Health Care Practice, was quoted in a Modern Healthcare article on a recent CMS OIG Advisory Opinion that raised potential legal and ethical issues surrounding a proposed deal for a group of doctors to sell their ambulatory surgery practice to a not-for-profit hospital for more than they paid to start their business ("Confusing Signals," June 25, 2007).
