An article in Imaging Economics Advisor reports on a presentation made by W. Kenneth Davis, Jr., a partner in the Firm’s Health Care Practice, titled “The Legal Risks in Marketing Your Practice,” at the 2007 Radiology Summit of the Radiology Business Management Association.
