Partner Ken Davis Quoted in DiagnosticImaging.com on CMS Withdrawal of Proposed Changes

W. Kenneth Davis, Jr. a partner in the Firm’s Health Care Practice, was quoted on the reasons CMS withdrew changes to its Program Integrity Manual for IDTF’s. Davis explained that CMS had provided little opportunity for industry feedback. He expects that in the near future CMS will again issue regulations limiting IDTFs' ability to "share" equipment or space (“CMS Backs Down on Freestanding Facility Standards,” February 21, 2007).
