Partner Kathleen Moriarty Quoted in The Wall Street Journal on Fidelity's Plan to Boost ETF Presence

Kathleen Moriarty, a partner in the firm's Financial Services Practice, was quoted in The Wall Street Journal on Fidelity Investments' move to begin offering a broad range of domestic and international equity and fixed-income exchange-traded funds. Ms. Moriarty states that, if approved, the filing would allow Fidelity to offer almost every type of index ETF available, including international funds and even "long/short" ETFs that mimic sophisticated hedge-fund strategies.
