Partner Kathleen Moriarty Interviewed by IndexUniverse on Past and Future of ETFs

In an interview on IndexUniverse.com, Kathleen Moriarty, a partner in the firm's Financial Services Practice, discusses how far the ETF industry has come, the climate of vigilance at an overworked SEC and the prospect of one day seeing nontransparent active ETFs on the market. As one of the instrumental players in the origins of the ETF market, Ms. Moriarty says what has surprised her most is how extensive ETFs have become. "I don’t think anybody... could have imagined the size, depth and breadth of the market as it is today," she says, adding that the numbers of attendees at ETF conferences continue to amaze her.
