Partner Janet Angstadt Authors Article in Capital Markets Law Journal on “Flash Crash”

Janet Angstadt, a partner in the firm’s Financial Services Practice, authored an article in the Capital Markets Law Journal on the “Flash Crash” of May 6, 2010, when the Dow Jones index lost 5% of its value in less than five minutes.
