Partner Herbert S. Wander Interviewed in The Deal

The article, “A Kinder, Gentler SOX," published in The Deal (March 11, 2005), discusses the March 2 SEC ruling that gives companies with a market capitalization of less than $75 million, an additional year to comply with SOX. Partner Herbert Wander, Co-Chair of an Advisory Committee to the Securities and Exchange Commission to examine the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley Act on Smaller Public Companies, notes in the article that this SEC decision took longer than many had anticipated because the Commission wanted to be certain that it had the right committee personnel in place.
