Gail Migdal Title, a partner in the firm's Entertainment and Media Litigation Practice, was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s "Power Lawyers" list for the sixth consecutive year. The Hollywood Reporter compiles its list of Hollywood's 100 most influential attorneys by evaluating them against their peers based on cases won, nature of deals closed, and reputation within the entertainment legal community. The Power Lawyers 2012 list commends Ms. Title for her recent work on whether federal copyright law preempts breach of implied contract, as she has "been front and center on this issue and likely will shape the 'idea theft' domain."
