Partner Charles Lansden and Associate John Curry Author Article in Sunday Business Post on U.S. Commercial Property Market

Charles Lansden and John Curry, both from the firm’s Real Estate Practice, authored an article in Ireland’s Sunday Business Post on the state of the commercial property market in the United States. “Players in the US property finance industry are coming to terms with the markedly altered landscape of their industry, and how such a changed landscape may affect the market during this year,” the authors note. They foresee that “as a result of looming loan maturities, the increased cost of capital and rapidly falling user demand, US property values will decline to an equilibrium from which a new cycle can commence.” (“Equity gives you the edge,” March 8, 2009)
