Pamela M.W. Reid concentrates her practice in intellectual property matters. She represents and counsels clients in domestic and international trademark prosecution matters, domain name disputes, intellectual property disputes and unfair competition matters. In addition, Ms. Reid conducts trademark clearance searches, drafts availability opinions, and is engaged in the active enforcement of intellectual property rights. Ms. Reid also counsels clients in sweepstakes and games of chance matters.
Ms. Reid earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Duke University in 2001 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2007 where she was selected as a Ritter Scholar in her third year. In addition, she served as the programming editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law and participated in the Advocacy Clinic for the Elderly. Prior to law school, she worked at National Geographic Magazine in the International Editions department as an editorial coordinator and photo editor. Ms. Reid is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
