Pamela G. Smith

Pamela G. Smith’s practice focuses on the defense of public companies and their directors and officers in securities class and individual actions, SEC investigations, corporate governance and related disputes.

Ms. Smith earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1990, cum laude, where she served on law review as the Executive Editor, Publications, for Loyola's Law Journal, and she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1984 from Northwestern University. Ms. Smith is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Seventh Circuits.
