OPIC Selects Partner Lisa-Marie Monsanto as Loan Originator in New Alliance

The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) has selected Lisa-Marie Monsanto to serve as a loan originator for a new alliance with the private sector designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) expanding into emerging markets overseas. As part of the alliance, Ms. Monsanto will represent project sponsors in connection with their application for OPIC loans, guarantees, grants for technical assistance and political risk insurance, as well as with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of their financing package.
