After this initial interview, select candidates are invited for half-day call-back interviews at the firm. Katten covers all expenses related to the call-back (flight, rental car, gas mileage, hotel, incidental meals and transportation) in accordance with the NALP guidelines. All offer decisions are made by Katten's Recruiting Committee after the call-back interviews. Candidates receiving offers are welcome to schedule follow-up visits to the firm.
