With more than 200 attorneys, the New York office is Katten’s second largest. Our professionals in New York are at the forefront of the firm’s international work, and several of our core practices, such as trusts and estates, financial services and intellectual property, are chaired or co-chaired from this office. Katten expanded its New York presence in 2002 when it merged with Rosenman & Colin, a distinguished New York-based firm with a nearly century-long reputation for providing the highest quality legal work and client service. Today our New York office serves clients in a wide range of practice areas including corporate, litigation, real estate, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and tax planning.

Merge onto Grand Central Parkway West toward Manhattan

Merge onto Brooklyn Queens Expressway East via Exit 4 toward I-278 W/Staten Island

Merge onto I-278 W/Brooklyn Queens Expressway

Take the I-495/Long Island Expressway exit, Exit 35, toward Midtown Tunnel/Eastern Long Island./Greenpoint Avenue

Merge onto I-495 W via Exit 35W on the left toward Midtown Tunnel/Manhattan

Keep right at the fork in the ramp

Turn Left onto East 37th Street

Turn right onto 3rd Avenue

Turn left onto East 55th Street

From Newark Liberty International Airport:

Merge onto I-78 Express Lane E toward Holland Tunnel/I-95/New Jersey Turnpike/New York City

I-78 Express Lane E becomes I-78 E (Portions toll)

Take the New Jersey Turnpike North/I-95 N exit

Keep left to take I-95 N/New Jersey North toward I-80/Exit S 15E - 18E/US-46/Lincoln Tunnel 

Take Exit 16E toward Lincoln Tunnel/New York City

Keep left to take NJ-495 E toward Lincoln Tunnel (Portions toll) (Crossing into New York)

Take the exit on the left toward I-495 E/42 ST/RT-9A/All Points
