Neil G. Shelton concentrates his practice in all aspects of corporate finance. Mr. Shelton regularly represents senior lenders, mezzanine lenders and borrowers in connection with cash flow and asset-based credit facilities. Mr. Shelton has represented a wide variety of banks, funds and institutional lenders.

Mr. Shelton is active in various philanthropic organizations, including serving as a member of the board of directors of the Spina Bifida Association of Illinois, volunteering with the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago and participating in the Constitutional Rights Foundation’s Lawyers in the Classroom program.

Mr. Shelton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2004 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2007. Prior to joining Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, Mr. Shelton spent three years practicing in the finance department at DLA Piper LLP (US). Mr. Shelton is admitted to practice in Illinois.
