Miriam Y. Gross concentrates her practice on legal aspects of the domestic and international private investment funds industry. Ms. Gross has extensive experience representing fund sponsors in connection with the structuring, formation, documentation and investments of hedge funds, committed funds, hybrid funds and managed accounts that employ a broad range of investment strategies. Ms. Gross also counsels institutional investors regarding the structuring of seed capital arrangements and other investments in private funds and their related management entities. As part of her practice, Ms. Gross regularly advises registered and unregistered investment advisers in connection with their ongoing operations and regulatory compliance matters.
Education and Bar Admissions
Ms. Gross received her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 2001 and her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of law in 2005. She is a member of the bar of the State of New York.
