Michael Klyce has more than 15 years of experience litigating civil cases in state and federal courts across the country, at the trial and appellate levels, and in arbitrations and mediations. In addition, Mr. Klyce regularly helps clients develop strategies for minimizing their litigation exposure and resolving disputes without resorting to litigation. He has successfully served as lead trial counsel in a variety of matters, and has a practice that focuses primarily on commercial disputes, business torts and real estate controversies.

Mr. Klyce is admitted to practice in Maryland (1996) and the District of Columbia (1998). He earned a B.A. from Emory University in 1993 and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1996, where he was an editor of the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum.
