Michael F. Sarney concentrates in patent, trademark and copyright litigation and related causes of action. He is also experienced in trademark and copyright law, trademark prosecution, and the licensing of intellectual property.
Memberships and Associations
Mr. Sarney is a member of the New York Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal and Eighth Circuits, the U.S. Claims Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Mr. Sarney is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
Education
Mr. Sarney earned an undergraduate degree (B.A., 1986) from Clark University and a law degree (J.D., 1989) from New York Law School.
