Melissa Glousman concentrates her practice in litigation matters, representing clients in all aspects of business litigation, including complex class actions, consumer fraud, employment and entertainment disputes.

Ms. Glousman has successfully litigated several appeals, bench and jury trials. Significant published opinions include The Formula, Inc. v. Superior Court, 168 Cal. App. 4th 1455, 86 Cal.Rptr.3d 341 (2008). She is a 5-star Avvo-rated attorney, and has been recognized as an "up-and-coming" lawyer in peer reviews.

Ms. Glousman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University (with honors, Dean's List and Phi Beta Kappa) in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2007, where she was the topic editor of the William Greene Hale Moot Court Honors Program, and received the best brief award in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program competition.

Ms. Glousman is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
