Megan Kelly concentrates her practice in a variety of commercial finance matters and has a broad range of experience representing senior lenders, mezzanine lenders and borrowers in connection with cash flow and asset-based credit facilities.
Ms. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998 and her Master of Arts in 1999. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2005, where she served as the notes and comments editor of the Brooklyn Law Review from 2003-2005. Ms. Kelly is admitted to practice in Illinois.
