Meegan Maczek’s practice focuses on general business litigation. She has experience representing clients in state and federal court in various types of litigation matters, including business torts, contract disputes, franchise disputes, and lending and foreclosure claims.

Ms. Maczek received her B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from Northwestern University in 2005. She received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2008, where she graduated Order of the Coif and served as executive editor of the Southern California Law Review. Following law school, Ms. Maczek clerked for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. Prior to joining Katten, she was an associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Ms. Maczek is admitted to practice in California.
