Matthew M. Hinderman

Matthew Hinderman concentrates his practice in the area of tax and corporate planning for corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, partnership transactions, international transactions and other tax matters.

Prior to joining Katten, Mr. Hinderman was an accountant with CMD Realty Investors Inc. and with Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Hinderman earned his BBA from the University of Notre Dame and his JD, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
