Madelyn Calabrese provides advice primarily to securities broker-dealers and registered and unregistered investment advisers on a broad range of registration, regulatory, compliance and inspection/enforcement matters.
Ms. Calabrese earned a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University in 1999 and her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School in 2002. She is admitted to the New York State Bar (2003) and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
