Lorie Soares Lazarus

Lorie Soares Lazarus focuses her practice on the representation of domestic and international commercial banks and other institutional lenders, institutional investment funds, REITS and other entities in connection with a wide variety of commercial real estate matters across the country, including all aspects of real estate financing (secured and unsecured lending and borrowing, intercreditor arrangements, post-financing asset management, workouts, loan restructurings, deeds-in-lieu and foreclosures) and acquisitions of improved and unimproved properties, build-to-suit forward purchase arrangements and commercial leasing.

Ms. Lazarus earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Santa Clara in 1984. She went on to earn her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 1988. She is admitted to practice in California.
