Leslie D. Minier represents clients in a variety of industries in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters. She assists both public and private companies in structuring, negotiating and documenting both mergers with, and acquisitions and dispositions of, public and private corporations. She also advises private equity funds making investments in, engaging in leveraged buyouts of and selling portfolio companies.
Leslie is the firm’s chief diversity officer, founder and co-chair of the Diversity Committee and the firm's Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity and is a member of the Minority Scholarship Committee.
Prior to attending law school, Leslie worked as a manager in the Data Communication/Technical Planning & Development Group for BellSouth Enterprises.
