Partner Joshua Rubenstein will participate in the interactive panel session “Can a Trustee Dodge the Bullet?” at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, at this annual event, which brings together the world's elite in the field of trust and estate litigation to share and compare tactics and strategies. The panel will consider the meanings and effectiveness of statutory provisions designed to limit a trustee’s liability to third parties and share experiences of defending trustees from outside attack or seeking to make recoveries from trustee counterparties who are looking to hide behind limitation provisions in their local laws.
