Her broad-based health care practice includes mergers and acquisitions, physician integration strategies, provider joint ventures and regulatory compliance. She counsels hospitals, device manufacturers, national ancillary service providers, management companies, MCOs, private equity funds and a variety of other health care clients, helping them structure their affiliations, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, marketing practices and physician compensation arrangements to meet state and federal regulatory requirements. She regularly assists clients with Government and internal investigations arising from Anti Kickback Statute, Stark Act, billing/coding and False Claims Act allegations and counsels clients on compliance with Corporate Integrity and Deferred Prosecution agreements.
Ms. Martin’s antitrust practice extends from health care clients to clients in high-tech and manufacturing industries.
