Laura A. Brake concentrates her practice on complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters, including disputes related to the financial services industry, regulatory actions, securities class action defense, commercial disputes and fiduciary litigation.

Ms. Brake earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in 2006. During law school, she was an associate editor for the
Washington University Law Quarterly. Ms. Brake also was a legal fellow for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee, working under Senator Durbin. She is admitted to practice in Illinois.
