Karin H. Berg concentrates her practice in the representation of senior secured lenders, public and private companies, unsecured creditors, sellers, purchasers and investors in a wide variety of in-court and out-of-court workout, restructuring and reorganization matters and in various commercial finance matters.
In 1998, Ms. Berg graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations with minors in Business and German. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2003, where she served as executive editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review. Ms. Berg is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
