Partner Michael Callahan will present a webinar on the Kadlec case, which revealed a prevalent hospital practice whereby problematic physicians who are terminated from an exclusive group are frequently allowed to walk away without an investigation and without filing a report with state or federal authorities. The result is that impaired and unqualified physicians are allowed to apply to other hospitals who are unaware of these issues. The purpose of this program is to identify some best practices and alternative contractual arrangements to address these problem physicians.
