Justin A. Ford focuses his practice in all areas of business litigation, including labor and employment, entertainment, class action, and representing individuals and institutions in white collar enforcement matters.

Mr. Ford has extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal matters. He participated in the successful defense of a former executive in a three-month jury trial in federal court in Montana. He also has represented an airline in a putative wage-and-hour class action, a film studio in compliance issues related to film production and, in a pro bono matter, worked on an amicus brief for the National LGBT Bar Association in Perry v. Schwarzenegger.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ford was an associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles. Before that, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Ford received dual undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degrees in public policy studies and economics from Duke University in 2003. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006, where he served as executive editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.

Mr. Ford is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
