Judy Portnoy concentrates her practice in trusts and estates matters.
Ms. Portnoy received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2008, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Portnoy is admitted to practice in California.
