Joshua A. Gadharf concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
Mr. Gadharf earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with honors, from Washington University in St. Louis in 2003. He received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2008, where he was a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. During law school, Mr. Gadharf authored “The Decline of Traditional Pensions, the Impact of the Pension Protection Act of 2006, and the Future of America's Defined-benefit Pension System,” 83 Chi.-Kent. L. Rev. 1409 (2008). Mr. Gadharf is admitted to practice in Illinois.
