Qualifications and Career Profile
Jonathan J. Faust is a general commercial litigator, with wide ranging experience in all aspects of federal and state law. Mr. Faust's practice also includes mediation and arbitration.
He has served as Senior Counsel to the Claims Resolution Tribunal in Zurich, Switzerland, as General Counsel to Fast Track Nutrition, and as a special assistant district attorney with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
Associations and Committees
Mr. Faust is a member of the New York Bar. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, and before the United States Supreme Court.
Lectures and Articles
Mr. Faust has lectured on the investigation and adjudication of claims against the Swiss financial industry.
Education
Mr. Faust received his undergraduate degree with honors (B.A., 1990) from University of Michigan Honors College, and his law degree (J.D., 1993) from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and on the editorial staff of the Columbia Environmental Law Journal.
