Joel R. Weiner has been practicing law since 1988. He concentrates his practice in general business litigation. Mr. Weiner has represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes, including entertainment matters, contract disputes, business torts, copyright infringement, unfair competition, construction disputes, insurance, product liability, real estate and premises liability.
Mr. Weiner received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and Political Science, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1985. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1988 from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. After law school, Mr. Weiner served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Martin Pence, Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, 1988-1989. Mr. Weiner is a member of the California State Bar Association.
