Jill Dinerman concentrates her practice on commercial real estate finance and structured finance. She has extensive experience representing commercial banks, investment banks, institutional lenders and loan portfolio servicers in financial transactions including real estate financings, loan assumptions and transfers, first mortgage loans, construction loans and other structured financings. She also has experience modifying and restructuring distressed real estate secured loans. Her recent experience includes workouts, enforcement and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
Ms. Dinerman was named one of Charlotte Business Journal's 2009 "40 Under 40" and a 2010 "Rising Star" by North Carolina Super Lawyers. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Charlotte and the Mecklenburg County Bar. She is a graduate of the Charlotte Jewish Federation's Bernstein Leadership Group.
Ms. Dinerman earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland in 1998 and her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School in 2001. She is admitted to practice in New York (2002) and North Carolina (2005) and is a member of the North Carolina and Mecklenburg County Bar Associations.
