Jessica M. Garrett concentrates her practice in intellectual property and litigation and dispute resolution matters.
She is the co-author of “The Inappropriateness of Applying Presumptions of Reliance to Facilitate Class Certification of Consumer Fraud Actions,” in the June 2010 issue of Class Action Reports.
Ms. Garrett earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2008, where she was the recipient of the Spencer R. Koch Memorial Award. She is admitted to practice in New York.
