Jennifer I. Wolfe

Jennifer Wolfe focuses her practice in a wide variety of areas of corporate finance, including both senior and mezzanine financing, representing both senior secured and mezzanine lenders and borrowers in connection with cash flow and asset-based credit facilities, including restructurings and workouts of troubled credits. Ms. Wolfe has represented Fifth Third Bank, General Electric Capital Corporation, Antares Capital Corporation, Merrill Lynch Capital, CapitalSource Finance LLC, Golub Capital Incorporated, Midwest Mezzanine and Dymas Funding Company, LLC in connection with commercial loan transactions. Ms. Wolfe has been listed in the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Ms. Wolfe earned her Bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 1996 and her Juris Doctor degree from the DePaul University College of Law in 2000. She is admitted to practice in Illinois.
