Jennifer I. Kim concentrates her practice in litigation matters.

Ms. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Provost Honors for Academic Excellence (1999-2000) from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. She went on to receive her Master of Science degree, with merit, from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2003.

In 2006, she acquired her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and was on the Dean's List (2004-2005). During law school, Ms. Kim served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Sidney L. Schenkier of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and to the Honorable Deborah A. Batts of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. While in law school, Ms. Kim was a member of Loyola's International Law Review, Champion of Loyola's Intra-School Moot Court Competition 2005, and the recipient of the Joan Marie Corboy Scholarship, which is awarded to one student who has demonstrated leadership qualities and superior ability in trial advocacy.

Ms. Kim is a member of the Korean American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit.
