Jeffrey L. Shuchat

Jeffrey L. Shuchat concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactional work, primarily in the areas of real estate financing and joint venture formation. Mr. Shuchat has worked extensively on financings, representing both lenders and borrowers, for multiple types of properties throughout the country, and the formation, management and liquidation of joint ventures, partnerships and other entities. Mr. Shuchat’s practice includes conventional and mezzanine financing matters, preferred equity and joint ventures.

Mr. Shuchat is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Mr. Shuchat received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University in 1971. In 1978, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham Law School.
