Jean M. Varak is the Conflicts Counsel at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Based in the Chicago office, Ms. Varak oversees the firm's Conflicts of Interest Department and advises on ethics and professional responsibility within the firm.
Ms. Varak received her law degree in 1997 from The John Marshall Law School where she also served as a staff editor of the John Marshall Law Review. Ms. Varak received her bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University, Bloomington. Ms. Varak is admitted to practice in Illinois (1997).
