Jason R. Gorczynski concentrates his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, venture formation, development and leasing. He also represents institutional lenders, funds and other investors in connection with mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and other structured financings.
Mr. Gorczynski earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Emory University in 2003 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Gorczynski was a contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review. Mr. Gorczynski is admitted to practice in Illinois.
