He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003, and his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clouser served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York. He is admitted to practice in New York.
