Benchmark Recognizes Katten's Litigation Practices, Attorneys

Katten was listed as a “highly recommended” litigation firm in Illinois in the 2009 edition of Benchmark: A Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys. The firm was one of only seven firms to achieve this recognition. In addition, Benchmark named four Katten attorneys, Steven L. Bashwiner, David H. Kistenbroker, Ross O. Silverman and Sheldon T. Zenner, “litigation stars,” and a fifth, Karl R. Barnickol, a “future star.” The firm was also named a “leading firm” on a national level in the securities and white-collar crime litigation areas. Mr. Kistenbroker and Mr. Zenner were recognized as “stars” in each practice, respectively.
