Partner Joshua Rubenstein will co-chair a session on "Family Disputes Involving Trusts: From the Errant Beneficiary to the Grantor Giving It Away in the Wrong Direction" at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 2.

The session will explore the reasons why there are an increasing number of disputes involving trusts and other asset holding vehicles, and will discuss the considerations a settlor might take into account to seek to ensure that his intentions in setting up a structure hold good for the future, whether the structure be for asset protection, succession planning or for some other purpose.
