Heather McCauley engages in a broad corporate practice that includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate financings, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, corporate governance and general corporate representation across a diverse range of industries, including entertainment and media, apparel, financial services, defense contracting, agriculture, manufacturing, and health care services. Ms. McCauley has also advised clients with respect to compliance with the requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules of the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, including the preparation and review of filings and periodic reports.

Ms. McCauley also represents producers, distributors, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals with respect to their film, television and new media financing, development, production and distribution transactions.

Ms. McCauley is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Entertainment and Media Practices. She was listed as a 2009 and 2010 Southern California Rising Star in Securities and Corporate Finance in Los Angeles Magazine and Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine.

Ms. McCauley is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Section of Business Law and Young Lawyers Division.

Ms. McCauley Ms. McCauley earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside in 2001 and her Juris Doctor from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2004. She is admitted to practice in California (2004).
